The products offered for sale are those described on the website. The Company strives to describe its products as accurately as possible. However, it is possible that minor deviations may appear on the website, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. In any event, in the event of non-conformity of the product delivered in relation to its description on the website, the customer may either exercise his right of withdrawal or exchange. The bicycles have a 2-year frame warranty.

Orders are placed on the batoobike.ch website and in Batoo showrooms. After placing an order, the customer will be invited to check the details and price of the order before confirming it. Any order confirmed by the customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale. The customer will then receive a confirmation email summarizing the order from the Company. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of email for confirmation of the content of his order by the Company. The Company will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or incident relating to the payment of a previous order or which goes against the provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale. In this case, the Company will inform the customer by email and reserves the right not to process the order.

The sales prices indicated on the site are in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated on the site are valid for a cash payment and include a 6% discount. In the event of payment by monthly installments, the discount is not applicable.

The Company offers you several payment methods: Payment by bank card or cash (CB, Visa or Mastercard): the debit is made at the time of confirmation of your order. Payment in up to 48 monthly installments with the partner BOB.ch. The general terms and conditions of bob.ch apply during the registration process. Payment by bank transfer: The bank details will be sent to you by email. You have 7 days from the finalization of your order to make the payment. After this period, your order will be cancelled. The assembly of your bike will only begin once the full amount of the invoice has been collected.

The bikes are assembled and must be collected by the customer from the showrooms in Lausanne or Geneva within a maximum of 10 days after receipt of full payment. Delivery within a radius of 50km is possible and is billed at 100CHF. Beyond 50km, delivery is possible by carrier for an additional quote Zone (Switzerland only).

In the event of damaged packages (already opened or missing products), the customer agrees to notify the carrier and the Company of any reservations within 3 days of receiving the product. The customer has 14 days after ordering to return their products. The products must be returned packaged as original, otherwise the return will not be accepted. The customer will contact the support service before making a return. Refunds are made after checking the goods within 30 days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
